PT. Hon Chuan membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai Utility Operator

Requirements:

1. Educational background minimal SMA/SMK
2. Experienced in Beverages Manufacturing 1-2 years handle WTP/WWTP
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of utility systems, including water treatment, power generation, HVAC, and related equipment.
4. Proficiency in operating various utility system control panels, software, and monitoring tools.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
6. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to utility system operations.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
8. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external service providers.
9. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
10. Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging conditions, including exposure to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
11. Have basic language in English
12. Willing to work in shift (two shift) and overtime
13. Willing to be placed in KIIC Plant (Karawang)

Job Descriptions:

1. Operate Utility equipment in shift (Compressor, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, WTP/WWTP, Electricity)
2. Together with Shift Leader ensure the Utility supply quality in shift
3. Troubleshoot the Utility equipment problem in shift
4. Implement the predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance for Utility Equipment in shift
