MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description

1. Performing preventive maintenance and corrective repair of Production machineries softcapsul & general pharmacy area
2. Performing operational support and troubleshooting machineries softcapsul & general pharmacy area
3. Performing Kaizen/continuous improvement

Job Requirements

1. Preferably D3, SMK or equivalent graduates
2. Experience working in engineering
3. Have basic knowlage of electrical engineering & mechanical engineering

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST
Job Description

1. Leads Operational Excellence Boot Camps, Assessment and initiatives for the plants.
2. Leads/Supports Budget planning, direction setting and KRA setting exercises for the division.
3. Handles capacity management and volume analysis requirements for plants. 
4. Ensures that reports for key performance indicators are generated monthly.
5. Ensure that all requests for master recipe and production versions are generated and updated. 
6. Leads project requirements initiated by Plant Head
7. Individual Contributor

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: Industrial/Management Engineering Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience; as Operational Excellence in Pharmaceutical or Manufacture industry, preferably with
2. Training/background in operational excellence & LEAN, SQC Tools, Six Sigma & Lean Sigma Belt holder. Good communication skill for interacting with various departments in GPT Plant
3. Good ability of problems solving analysis.
