PT Yili Indonesia Dairy merupakan anak usaha dari Yili group asal Tiongkok. Yili Group selaku perusahaan pengolahan susu terbesar di Asia dan lima besar di dunia. PT Yili Indonesia Dairy memiliki kapasitas produksi sebesar 159 ton per hari, dengan proyeksi menghasilkan 4 juta es krim per hari setelah realisasi investasi tahap dua.

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai berikut:
Maintenance Operator
Qualifications:
  1. High School or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  2. At least 2 years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a FMCG industry.
  3. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical & electrical
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
QA Inspector (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
  1. At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent. 
  2. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa
  3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field preferably in FMCG Manufacturing
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects accurately
  5. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BPOM, Halal, FSSC 22000 and consistent with SOP
  6. Familiarity with ice cream production processes and equipment 
  7. Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
  8. Willing to work on a shift schedule
Utility Engineer
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry. (Dairy/Ice Cream Industry will be advantage)
  3. In-depth knowledge of Refrigeration, WWTP,
  4. WTP, Boilers, Utilities, and Electrical systems.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
R&D Specialist
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field.
  2. At least 1-year experience in research and development in the food industry, preferably in ice cream or frozen desserts. 
  3. Innovative thinking and a passion for creating unique flavors and products.
  4. Understanding of food chemistry, food safety, and food processing.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings to cross-functional teams.
Training & People Development Specialist
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Training, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms and can compiling and creating TNA
  6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing organizational needs.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in creating multimedia content for training purposes. 
  2. Knowledge of industry best practices in training and people development
  3. Fluent speaking Mandarin & English Languange it's advantage
General Affair (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 
  2. Proven experience as a General Affairs Specialist or in a similar role.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin (written or speaking)
  4. Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
  6. Proactive, responsible, discipline attitude
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
Logistic (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor Degree from any field
  2. At least 2 experience as Logistic/Warehouse Finish Good Asst. Manager in FMCG Industry (Cold Storage will be an advantage)
  3. Fluent in Mandarin Language
  4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  5. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software.
  6. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  7. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  9. Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring high-quality standards.
Logistic Stock Keeper
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor Degree from any field
  2. At least 2 experience as Logistic/Stock Keeper in FMCG Industry (Cold Storage will be an advantage)
  3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  4. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software.
  5. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  6. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  8. Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring high-quality standards.
